If you find that you have any duplicate profiles, it is possible to merge these profiles together in the ForceDecks Windows app.
If you attempt to merge profiles that have any DynaMo or SmartSpeed data attached to their profile, all associated DynaMo and SmartSpeed data will be lost. Please contact support@vald.com should you wish to merge profiles that contain results for these systems.
- Navigate to Profiles in the ForceDecks Windows app.
- Search for and highlight the duplicate profiles in the list using a Ctrl + Click method.
- Click the Merge Profiles button in the Actions list on the right.
This action is not reversible. Please take extra caution when merging profiles.
- Select the profile whose details (ID, DoB, height, name etc.) you'd like to keep and select 'OK'.
All profile data including tests, categories, groups, tags, and notes will be transferred and available in the remaining profile.
