Activate ForceDecks software

You will need to activate your ForceDecks Windows software before you start recording tests. To activate your software you will need both a Licence Key and an Activation Code.

Using ForceDecks iOS? No activation necessary!

1. Log into your ForceDecks software. This will create your individual Licence Key.
2. Click into the Options cog in the top-right, then log out.
3. On the home page, click Activation.

The Activation screen will display your device-specific Licence Key.

4. Copy your Licence Key and forward this to VALD Support at support@vald.com.
5. VALD Support will reply with an Activation Code that you can enter below the Licence Key.
   

6. Click Connect to activate your ForceDecks software and log back in.

License Keys are machine-specific, and Activation Codes are used to activate a License Key. If you use ForceDecks on multiple computers, you will require a different Activation Code for each device.
