Multiple Cycle Charge

If you have older V1 or V2 SmartSpeed Pro timing units a multiple charge cycle is recommended to protect the batteries.

Note: a multiple charge cycle is not required for current SmartSpeed Pro timing units V2.1.

To complete a multiple charge cycle:

1. Charge the units until the LED is solid red; then
2. Unplug the units and plug them back in; and
3. Charge the units again until the LED turns solid red.
4. Avoid leaving units on charge for too long as this can damage the batteries.
