HumanTrak PDF session reports can be uploaded and viewed anytime, anywhere, through VALD Hub.
Generate your session report in HumanTrak

Complete your testing session.
- Perform and record a testing session using the HumanTrak application.
- Ensure all session and test notes have been added before generating the report.

Generate the PDF Report.
- In your 'Session report' click the
button in the top-right.
- In the pop-up that appears, press the
button at the bottom.
- In your 'Session report' click the

Verify the upload.
- Navigate to the Uploads tab on the left.
- Confirm the upload was successful by checking for the Uploaded green text next to the Session Report upload.
View the session report in VALD Hub

Log in to VALD Hub.
- Open a web browser and navigate to VALD Hub.
- Log in with your credentials.

Locate the report.
- Navigate to the Dashboard > Results Export or Profile > Result Table sections in VALD Hub.
- Use the relevant test filters to locate the test that you uploaded.

Download the report.
- In the Results Export or Result Table screen, click on the profile's initials to select the test record.

- Click Export > Session Report in the top-right to save the session report to your local downloads folder.
Troubleshooting Tips

If the PDF does not generate correctly:
- Ensure all required session data is recorded.
- Restart the HumanTrak application and try again.

If the upload fails:
- Check your internet connection.
- Press the
button from the Uploads screen.

If the report is not visible in VALD Hub:
- Refresh the Reports page.
- Confirm the upload status in the HumanTrak app.
