SmartSpeed Plus iOS v1.18.0 Release Notes – 10 December 2024

New and enhanced features

• We've made some major improvements to queue management in the SmartSpeed Plus app.
• Skip profiles in queue. This will send the chosen profile to the bottom of the queue.

• Remove profiles from the queue. This will hide the profile in the queue.
• Manage your queue during a session.
  • Activate and deactivate profiles individually in the queue.
    Deactivated profiles can be re-added to the queue at any time.

• • Remove all active profiles in your queue using the button.
  • Update the profiles or groups in your queue through the button. 

• Create new profiles during a session. If you have a new athlete that doesn't already exist in your profile list, you can now easily add them to your drill mid-session through the button.
• You can now perform Grid drills in the SmartSpeed Plus app.

Resolved issues

• Fixed a bug where recovery times for Interval Protocol (Fixed Duration) were being inaccurately calculated.
• Fixed a bug that was triggering a "Firmware Mismatch" error for SmartSpeed Pro gates.
• Fixed a bug where the sync function was overriding the category filter and incorrectly returning all groups.
• Fixed a bug where trial validity settings were not transferring from VALD Hub to the SmartSpeed Plus app.
• Fixed a bug preventing users from sharing their local data files with VALD Support.
