Resolved issues

• Fixed bug where historical results for Drop Jumps were not displaying correctly when no Drop Height was entered.
• Fixed bug where some historical results were not being included if the Start of Movement or Start of Integration settings were changed from the default values.
• The app will now include support for ForceDecks hardware with 5-digit serial numbers.
