Prone Compression
Patient Position | Prone with both arms laying straight their side, with palms facing up. |
Contact Point | Central mid thoracic spine between the shoulder blades. |
Device Orientation | Vertical, with the palm pad supported by the assessor and the curved pad in contact with the patient. |
Position of Examiner | Adjacent to the patient, in a position to situate the DynaMo and instruct the action. |
Instruction | Push against the pad as hard as you can. 3,2,1 - push, push, push and relax. |

Patient Position | Seated on the edge of the bed with feet on the floor, their arms by their sides and hands rested flat on their thighs. |
Contact Point | At the midpoint of the manubrium. |
Device Orientation | Horizontal, with the palm pad supported by the assessor and the curved pad in contact with the patient. |
Position of Examiner | Adjacent to the patient, in a position to resist the DynaMo with both hands. |
