HumanTrak 2.0 Test: Trunk Flexion
Starting position
- Facing the camera, stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Now turn to your side, either to the left or right, facing side on from the camera.
Instructions
- Relax your shoulders and gently curve your trunk forward.
- Reach down towards the floor as far as you can, keeping your legs straight.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat the process for the desired number of repetitions.
