HumanTrak 2.0 Test: Shoulder Internal Rotation – 90º Abduction
Starting position
- Facing the camera, stand up straight with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Raise your arm to the side 90 degrees and bend your elbow 90 degrees, palms facing downward.
Instructions
- Maintaining a neutral posture, slowly rotate one arm as far as comfortable by moving your hand towards the ground.
- Return to the starting position.
- Repeat this process for the desired number of repetitions.
- Repeat the test with the other arm.
