HumanTrak 2.0 Test: Shoulder Flexion
Starting position
- Facing the camera, stand up straight with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Keep your arms by your sides, palms facing inward.
Instructions
- Slowly raise one arm in front of you reaching upward as high as you can, maintaining a neutral posture.
- Lower the arm back down to the starting position.
- Repeat this process for the desired number of repetitions.
- Repeat the test with the other arm.
