Starting from 25 May 2024, HumanTrak v1 will no longer automatically upload session data. Any data captured from sessions after this date will not be available to export in VALD Hub.
To export HumanTrak v1 data captured from 25 May 2024 onwards, navigate through the following steps.
Locate the data
- Click on the report you want to see.
- Click on the button in the top-right. This will take you to the file directory containing the PDF session reports.
- Navigate up two levels to the HumanTrak root folder, then open the Upload folder.
- Open theĀ sessionblob folder corresponding to the session dates and times you are interested in exporting.
- Verify the data you want is available. See the following table for a description of each file or folder.

Export the data
Now that you have located your data, you can export this to an external hard drive if you wish.
- Copy and paste the relevant files onto your external drive for later use. You may choose to copy and paste the entireĀ sessionblob folder rather than the individual files.
Once copied to an external drive, you can opt to delete the data or leave it there as another backup.
Export the PDF report only
If you are wanting to export just the PDF session report, follow these steps.
- Click on the report you want to see.
- Click on the button to bring up the file directory.
- Find your external drive and save the PDF report to an appropriate folder.
