HumanTrak 2.0 software allows you to conduct testing without an internet connection. This can be useful if you are in an area with poor coverage or the HumanTrak online system is temporarily under maintenance.
To access HumanTrak 2.0 offline, you must have logged in previously without using offline mode. This ensures your latest profile and test data is synced with the HumanTrak software.
On the login screen, click the toggle to enable Offline mode, then log in as you normally would.
In offline mode, you will see a "Working offline" icon in the left-hand menu.
All test results collected offline will be saved locally until you next log in with the Offline mode toggle disabled. Tests will then appear in the Upload Queue and be subsequently uploaded to VALD Hub.
