HumanTrak software allows you to conduct testing in offline mode – without an internet connection. This can be useful if you are testing in an area with poor coverage, or if VALD's online systems are temporarily under maintenance.
Note: To access HumanTrak offline, you must first log in while connected to the internet (without using offline mode). This ensures your latest profile and test data is synced and up to date.
To enable offline mode, select the Offline mode toggle on the login screen to turn it on. Then, log in as you normally would.
When testing in offline mode, a 'Working offline' indicator will be visible in the left sidebar.
All test results collected offline will be saved in the Upload Queue until you next log in without using offline mode.
When you open your HumanTrak software after reestablishing an internet connection, pending tests will automatically start uploading to VALD Hub.
After a successful upload your test data will be available in VALD Hub.
