Why are Snapshots not working correctly in HumanTrak 2.0?

The Snapshots feature in HumanTrak 2.0 provides you with a snapshot image from a key moment of any test type performed.

To ensure the Snapshots feature functions as expected, the individual being tested must be in view of the camera before selecting Start Session.

It is also recommended that the HumanTrak laptop is plugged into a power source for optimal performance.

If the subject is not in view when clicking Start Session, the snapshot taken of each individual rep will not be synced to the actual data.

While the data collected will always be accurate, the Snapshots will not reflect the key moment of the movement performed by the individual.

If, for any reason, the individual being tested needs to move out of frame, it is recommended to pause the session, then resume once they are back in frame. This will ensure the Snapshots feature works as expected for each rep conducted.
