Trunk Rotation - Standing
Starting position
- Facing the camera, stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and hands on your hips.
Instructions
- Keeping your hips and lower body stationary, slowly rotate your upper body to one side as far as possible without rotating your hips.
- Return to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement on the other side.
- Repeat this process for the desired number of repetitions.
