HumanTrak 2.0 Test: Trunk Lateral Flexion
Starting position
- Facing the camera, stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Keep your shoulders relaxed and hands by your sides.
Instructions
- Slowly lean your upper body to one side, reaching down your leg as far as comfortable, without lifting or bending your legs.
- Return to an upright position.
- Repeat the movement on the other side.
- Repeat the process for the desired number of repetitions.
