HumanTrak 2.0 Test: Neck Flexion
- Facing the camera, stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Keep your shoulders relaxed and arms by your sides.
- Slowly lower your chin towards your chest, flexing your neck forward.
- Maintain a slow and controlled movement, without straining or forcing the neck.
- Hold the flexed position for a few seconds, feeling a gentle stretch along the back of your neck.
- Return your head to the starting position.
- Repeat the process for desired number of repetitions.
