HumanTrak 2.0 Test: Neck Rotation
- Facing the camera, stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Keep your shoulders relaxed and arms by your sides.
- Rotate your head to one side, turning your chin towards your shoulder.
- Maintain a slow and controlled movement without tilting or extending the neck.
- Hold the rotated position for a few seconds, feeling a gentle stretch in the neck.
- Repeat the movement on the other side, passing the starting position without pausing.
- Repeat for desired number of repetitions.
