HumanTrak 2.0 Test: Neck Lateral Flexion
Starting position
- Facing the camera, stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Keep your shoulders relaxed and arms by your sides.
Instructions
- Tilt your head to the side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder.
- Hold the position for a few seconds, feeling a gentle stretch along the side of your neck.
- Repeat the movement on the other side, passing the starting position without pausing.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
