Facing the camera, stand up straight with feet shoulder-width apart.
Raise your arm to the side 90 degrees and bend your elbow 90 degrees, palms facing downward.
Instructions
Maintaining a neutral posture, slowly rotate one arm as far as comfortable by moving your hand towards the sky, maintaining a neutral posture and the 90-degree elbow flexion.
Return to the starting position.
Repeat this process for the desired number of repetitions.
