HumanTrak 2.0 Test: Shoulder Abduction
Starting position
- Facing the camera, stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Keep your arms by your sides, thumb pointing outward and palms facing forward.
Instructions
- Slowly raise one arm to the side as high as you can, maintaining a neutral posture.
- Lower the arm back down to the starting position.
- Repeat this process for the desired number of repetitions.
- Repeat the test with the other arm.
