HumanTrak 2.0 Test: Single Leg Squat
Starting position
- Facing the camera, stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and hands on hips.
Instructions
- Lean onto one foot, lifting the other slightly and keeping it behind your body.
- Bend the knee of your standing leg, like you're starting to sit.
- Lower yourself until your thigh is parallel to the ground, or as close to parallel as comfortable.
- Stand back up, using your legs and core to lift you.
- Repeat this process for the desired number of repetitions.
- Switch legs and repeat.
