Release October 2023 - DynaMo v1.5.2

This DynaMo app release for iOS and Android devices enhances existing functionality.

New and enhanced features

• The Create Profile interface has been updated and now includes advanced field entry, including custom note input, external ID, and more.
• The Edit Profile interface has also been updated to reflect the above changes.
