If you are having trouble logging in to or using any of our VALD systems, there may be a service outage or degradation that is affecting all users.

To stay notified of future incidents, we recommend clicking the Get updates button in the top-right. Enter in your email address and click Subscribe to be notified from the detection of an outage through to resolution.
If there are no system outages and you are still experiencing unusual behaviour when using your VALD system(s), please look through the troubleshooting articles on our Knowledge Base or reach out to our friendly support team at email@example.com.
