Release March 2023 - TeleHab IOS 2.2.6

This is an update for TeleHab Patient iOS that enhances existing functionality.

New and enhanced features

• Learning topic paragraphs are now separated per line.
• Superset exercises cannot be skipped from the Exercise Information Screen.
• Survey Screen heading now contains the full name of the survey instead of just the acronym.

This update also includes some minor performance and technical quality improvements.
