Release March 2023 - TeleHab IOS 2.2.5

This is an update for TeleHab Patient iOS that enhances existing functionality and resolves some issues.

Enhanced features

• In the Program List Screen, the "Active" and "History" tabs have been removed and replaced with a single list view.
• The practitioner's name has been added to the Education / Learning cards.
• The Home screen is now ordered: Programs, Surveys, then Learning.
• The clickable area on Exercise screen buttons has been increased.

Resolved issues

• Quick start now works for programs with supersets.
• Practitioner's notes on Exercise information screen are now expandable / collapsible.
