Patient position | Sitting on the edge of the bed, with arms supporting the DynaMo Lite on chest. |
Contact point | DynaMo Lite supported on sternum. |
Device orientation | Vertical, in line with manubrium. |
Position of examiner | Seated adjacent to patient, in position to assess quality of movement. |
Instruction | Slump down, bringing your shoulders towards your hips. |
Trunk Extension

Patient position | Sitting on the edge of the bed, with arms supporting the DynaMo Lite on chest. |
Contact point | DynaMo Lite supported on sternum. |
Device orientation | Vertical, in line with manubrium. |
Position of examiner | Seated adjacent to patient, in position to assess quality of movement. |
Instruction | Push your chest and extend your shoulders backwards. |
Trunk Rotation (Left)

Contact point | At the midpoint of the manubrium. |
Device orientation | Vertical, in line with manubrium. |
Position of examiner | Seated in a position to assess quality of movement. |
Instruction | Rotate your shoulder as far as possible, keeping your hips still. |
Trunk Rotation (Right)
