Release January 2023 - DynaMo App version 1.3.4

This DynaMo App release for iOS and Android devices introduces new features, enhances existing functionality and resolves minor issues.

New and enhanced features

• Inclusion of DynaMo Lite test types, protocol information and device pairing.

• Updated splash screen to include DynaMo Lite.
