Profiles not refreshing in the DynaMo app

When creating a new profile in VALD Hub (or any other VALD system app), this may take up to six hours to display in the DynaMo app.

To force a refresh of the profiles listed in your DynaMo app, navigate to the Profiles tab. Pull down on the list of profiles, then release to refresh.

This refresh can be performed every 20 seconds.

Test data not syncing between DynaMo and VALD Hub? Force an update of your profile and test data on the Home tab by swiping down and holding for three seconds.

This refresh can be performed every five minutes.
