How much does MoveHealth cost?
MoveHealth is completely free to use for both clinicians and patients.
I already have a VALD Hub account that I use to collect my ForceDecks data. Do I need to create a separate VALD Hub account to use MoveHealth?
If you access VALD Hub with any other VALD systems, you do not need a separate account to use MoveHealth. In VALD Hub, click Program Builder in the left-hand menu to start creating programs in MoveHealth.
If you do not see Program Builder in your menu, you will need to update your permissions.
My colleagues already use MoveHealth, how do I join the shared account?
If you would like to be added to the same organisation account in VALD Hub, this must be done by an existing user with User Management permissions. To add additional users, they can follow the Create users section of this support guide.
My account is in Trial mode, how do I gain full access?
Without any issues, your account should be approved for full access within 24 hours of creation. If your account has not been approved after 24 hours, please email support@vald.com.
How do I add the rest of my staff to my VALD Hub account?
To add additional users to your VALD Hub organisation, follow the Create users section of this support guide.
I have a large clinic, can I upload all my staff at once?
You cannot bulk create staff accounts in MoveHealth. If you have a large staff base, please reach out to support@vald.com and we will try to assist you.
Can I import a list of patient profiles in bulk?
Yes, you can. To upload bulk profiles, follow our guide on 'Creating and Editing Profiles in Bulk'.
How do I set up integration with my PMS / AMS?
If you have an existing Practice Management System / Athlete Management System with your client list, you may be able to integrate this into VALD Hub and automatically sync your patient details.
