DynaMo Plus Test: Elbow ROM Protocol

Patient position	Sitting off the edge of the table with their arm being assessed at their side, elbow flexed to 90 degrees and forearm in neutral.
Contact point	Held in patient's hand.
Device orientation	Vertical, consistent with the position of the patient's forearm.
Position of examiner	Seated adjacent to or in front of the patient, in a position to instruct and demonstrate the movement.
Instruction	Move your hand away from your body as far as you can, keeping the DynaMo Plus as still as possible.
Attachments	No attachments.

Patient position	Supine, with the arm at the patient's side, their elbow bent to 90 degrees and their forearm supinated.
Contact point	Midway along the lateral aspect of the forearm.
Device orientation	Horizontal, consistent with the position of the patient's arm.
Position of examiner	Seated at the side of the bed, in a position to instruct and demonstrate the movement.
Instruction	Move your hand away from your body as far as you can, keeping the DynaMo Plus as still as possible.
Attachments	No attachments.

Patient position	Sitting off the edge of the table so that their arm being assessed remains at their side with their elbow extended and forearm supinated, allowing the hand to hang down without contacting the table.
Contact point	Held in patient's hand.
Device orientation	Horizontal, consistent with the position of the patient's hand.
Position of examiner	Seated adjacent to or in front of the patient, in a position to instruct and demonstrate the movement.
Instruction	Move your hand towards your shoulder as far as you can, keeping the DynaMo Plus as still as possible.
Attachments	No attachments.

Patient position	Supine, with the arm fully extended at the patient's side, with their forearm supinated.
Contact point	Held in patient's hand.
Device orientation	Horizontal, consistent with the position of the patient's arm.
Position of examiner	Seated at the side of the bed, in a position to instruct and demonstrate the movement.
Instruction	Move your hand toward your shoulder as far as you can, keeping the DynaMo Plus as still as possible.
