Release November 2022 - TeleHab Android & IOS 2.1.2

This is an update for TeleHab Patient Apps - iOS & Android/Web - that introduces a new feature called Supersets, and enhances some existing functionality.

New Feature - Supersets

• Exercise programs containing supersets can now be prescribed by Practitioners using TeleHab
• Patients can view and perform these programs as prescribed

Existing functionality enhancements

• Exercise information, including instructions, notes and video, is now accessible while performing exercises - just click the new Instructions button
• Video recording toggle is now also accessible on the Exercise Start screen 
• Start/Continue Session now goes straight to the next exercise in sequence, bypassing the Exercise Information screen - Streamlining the start and continue session workflow
• The Exercise Information screen is also bypassed when progressing from one set, or one exercise, to another - Streamlining the session workflow
